J did a great job cleaning my teeth he made it quick and painless while also being thorough and making sure I stayed comfortable. The doctor was very friendly (as is all the staff) and the office itself looks beautiful and is extremely clean. Check-in went smooth, and was called back by Crystal the medical assistant who was friendly, polite, and explained everything as it was getting done. Dr. Cortes was very knowledgeable, friendly, and while examining me made feel very comfortable. Receptionist was kind enough to take all my information and insurance cards. Samantha took X-rays before taking me to a chair to take pictures of individual teeth patterns. She is very friendly and professional and knew what she was doing. Crystal helped with some of the computer stuff getting to information needed and helped explain certain things. Then Dr. Cortes came in and gave me a nice greeting, explained what he was doing and began going over my x-ray and photos. He inspected my teeth and Samantha noted all the issues. They wrote up a treatment plan and I went to see Lisa to go over that and what insurance covered. She was very thorough and helpful and had a great attitude. I ended my visit by seeing Jill for a teeth cleaning. Jill and I hit it off talking about Old music she had a good Spotify playlist going while she took care of me.
